Panic!
Yes, I'm in a slight state of panic because there's so much I have to blog about and yet here I am procrastinating as usual. But I'm starting slowly but surely..
The problem is that the mood strikes me at the most inopportune time. Like right now, I have to take my badly needed nap but I have to finish this post so....
When we lived in Norwalk my boys pretty much nagged me about having cable TV installed which I never did. You see I'm a movie buff and I know that once I have cable TV, it'll never work for me because I would want to watch so many movies that I'll lose sleep and I'll be worthless at work, not that I was worth anything in the first place.
But now that both of us aren't working, I figured I deserved to have cable in addition to my really cool home theater system. And I was right. For the past several nights our average time going to sleep is between 2 to 3 am, yup, you guessed it, watching movies. The thing is, most of the movies we watch we've already seen! Go figure.
The result of which is the struggle of getting up the next day for our morning walk. I set my alarm at 6 am but usually I start to wonder while still half asleep, "What in the heck is that noise?", around 7 and by the time I get up it's a bit past 7. So we usually are on the street at around 7:30 and by that time Donna is already complaining how hot the sun is shining.
Truthfully, Indo has been my main motivation in walking lately in spite of all the weight I've gained. And in those rare cases that I either wake up too late or when it's raining, I do our walks in the evening after 5 sometime when it's fairly cool.
Below are shots of Mt. Arayat with a dead cashew tree on the foreground. I took these pictures here in Greenfields during one of our walks.

And one of my passion nowadays is tending our various plants especially the numerous euphorbias and watching my two chico fruits everyday - talk about watching the water boil, they don't seem to grow bigger. Either that or I probably should stop checking on them every day!

Hopefully I'll be able to blog about some other 'important' things next time.
By the way, I've told you we'll be grandparents soon, right?
I just thought I'd check...
