Updates, sort of - Feb '09

It's a bit frustrating coming back without DSL and a contaminated PC. Anyway...
..enough of my whining.

I probably won't be able to post any pictures until I'm able to update via my own PC. Today, Donna and I went to PLDT, the local telephone company and made inquiries about their DSL offer. It seems as if in the long run I'd be able to save some money,enough to pay off the initial P1700 out of pocket cost for the modem and installation fees.

Tonight, long time Navy buddy James and wife Selya will be coming here from Hawaii on vacation. They'll be staying with us in Sindalan. Wait, there's something odd with that previous statement. Don't people go on vacation in Hawaii? Then again James and family live there so...

It'll probably take at least a couple more weeks before I'd be able to use my own PC at home. Friend Ruston offered to reformat it but he's currently busy with a huge project - GNC Grand Alumni homecoming photography gig, not to mention he's the ImaArti official photographer and they have a repeat performance of a previous show tomorrow. I'm supposed to watch with him on his 'team' but I'm not sure how I'll swing it with Pareng James' arrival.
