SoCal Dinners and SJ Anniversary
I'm sorry if my blogs nowadays feel like a movie flashing back and forth. This is what happens when one fails to update for months on end!
It feels really good on one hand because we wake early enough to walk an hour and a half around the park. On the other hand, we realize that we're still jetlagged after we've been here for almost a week.
This morning Donna woke up at around five. A few minutes later Koji started barking. We heard Emy get up to find out what the commotion was about and then a knock on Gian's door. "Gian, Gian! Get up, there's a possum in the den and Koji is going crazy barking at it." And then all was quiet.
We couldn't go back to sleep afterwards so at around 6 we got up, dressed and started walking. I figured we need it from all the grub that we've been scarfing here.
A few nights ago, we were treated by the Quizons at a nearby Marie Callender's and last night it was Dan's turn at Sushi Gallery on 166 and Norwalk.
Flashback to our Mindoro trip..
One of the reasons that we went to Mindoro is to be with my cousin Atching Afric and her husband Cong Ando on their 57th Wedding Anniversary celebration. Yes they've had their Golden Wedding a few years back so it's all icing on the cake from then on, so to speak.
