Once during a sleepy afternoon in the office (Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia) I had this craving for "pan de sito". This bread reminds me of my summer vacations in Pampanga when I was growing up. My search lead me to your blog which I enjoy. I was born in San Fernando but grew up in Baguio. I spent all my summers in Mexico and did all the stuff; farming, sabong, tamales, buro, swim in mt Arayat, ride a tricycle, ride a damulag, etc...
