House Blessing/Soft Opening

My lap top went ‘low bat’ the other night so I wasn’t quite able to do what I set out to do on line.

Father Sito did agree to bless our house last Tuesday so we had some lunch prepared and invited a select few to attend the ‘informal’ blessing. Mike called and said he, Allan and Jun Garcia may come but didn't make it somehow.

Internet is excruciatingly slow right now but I’ll still attempt to attach some pictures – how successful I’ll be, I’m not sure.

We learned a couple of days ago that Tang Martin Dizon, a former barrio mate of ours has passed away. He was 80 years old. His relatives, who’re mostly from Long Beach and Fountain Valley flew the body home and is now lying in state at their house in Masamat. I heard he’ll be buried on Tuesday. Incidentally his oldest daughter Ate Emy died of cancer about two months ago.

In my previous blog, I forgot to mention our Jacuzzi tub is still not tapped and hooked up and neither is our generator. I’m hoping all these will get done this week.
