Tue - Wed March 7 & 8, 2006

Yesterday, Armin and I met with Lily of Greenfields and turned in the final drawings as well as the P100K construction bond.

And today, we submitted five sets of the final drawings to the City of San Fernando for the building permits. We were lacking a couple of pcs of documents that we had to get from the Assessor's office and the Register of Deeds. But by the time we got all the paperwork needed it was already 5 pm and City Hall office hours are over. I'll have to come back tomorrow to give them all they needed. At the Assessor's office, they found that the lot had property taxes paid through 2002. In the morning, Ate Lynn specifically told me all taxes are current and paid for. I had to call her and had her talk with a certain 'Frank' and it got all straightened out.

I've given Kong Naring some cash so the warehouse can be built. This can be started tomorrow. Once we have a warehouse, we'll have a place to store some of the construction materials needed to start. On Friday, Rommel will put up some water system by drilling a pipe which will be good enough for our construction needs. By next week, I imagine the construction will be in full swing.

I also had the chance to drop by Imang Paz to give them the envelope Josie had me take as well as the Victoria's Secret goodies Atching Ningning gave to Malou of Fisherman's Grill where Pap and I had dinner tonight.

Unfortunately, I did not make it to Mon's concert in Manila. I'll just have to make it up to him somehow hoping he'll be in the province before he leaves for London on March 13.
